This website and the products sold on it are operated by Vitareve, Drumul Viilor 35, 800402 Galați, Romania. Throughout these terms, we and us mean Vitareve; you means the person placing the order.

Using this site or placing an order means you accept these terms, together with our shipping, refund and subscription policies, which form part of the same agreement.

You need to be at least 18 years old, and legally able to enter into a contract, to order from us. By ordering you confirm that you are.

Vitareve is a food supplement containing a blend of mushroom extracts. It is intended to support a normal diet. It is not a medicine, not a substitute for one, and not a substitute for food, sleep or medical care.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Please speak to a doctor before taking it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you take prescription medication — particularly blood thinners, immunosuppressants or diabetes medication — if you have an autoimmune condition, if you have a mushroom or mould allergy, or if you have surgery scheduled within two weeks. Stop taking it and seek advice if you feel unwell.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it — and the contract begins — when we email you to confirm the order has been dispatched. The confirmation you receive immediately after paying acknowledges that we have your order; it is not yet acceptance.

We may decline an order if the product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline, you are refunded in full and charged nothing.

All prices are shown in US dollars and include free standard shipping. They do not include any import duty or VAT your own country may charge on delivery — see the shipping policy.

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

We try hard to price things correctly, but if an obvious error appears we will contact you before dispatch and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We will not simply charge you the higher amount.

Most orders are placed on a recurring plan that renews automatically until you cancel. The intervals, prices, reminder emails and cancellation process are set out in full in the subscription policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our 60-day money-back guarantee, and your statutory withdrawal rights if you are in the EU or the UK, are set out in the refund policy, which also forms part of these terms.

Any reviews, ratings or quotes shown on this site describe one person's individual experience. They are not a promise of results and should not be read as one. Supplements affect different people differently, and some people notice nothing at all.

The text, photography, design and name on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read, quote and share it; you may not copy it wholesale for a competing product. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at volume, or use it for anything unlawful.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will never be offline or never contain a mistake.

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this agreement or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit — including your non-excludable rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. Changes affecting an active subscription are notified by email in advance, as described in the subscription policy.

These terms are governed by Romanian law and the Romanian courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there.

EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. If you are in the United States, nothing here affects the consumer rights your state gives you.
